About Park Meadows
Park Meadows is one of the oldest subdivisions in Park City--the oldest being Old Town and the Prospector areas. Park Meadows combines older townhomes, condos and single family homes. In the Flats as we locals call it you will find older and smaller homes and condos/town homes. The Flats is noted for its ease of walking and getting exercise without being tortured by the hills and altitude. As you move up toward the benches you will find newer and larger homes, town homes and condos--all varying in price and size.
Park Meadows is also an area that has wonderful, convenient and free bus service so it's easy to get around Park City to do your shopping, errands and eating! Want to exercise in a gym type setting--join the PCMARC- Park City Municipal Athletic and Recreation Center (http://www. http://www.parkcity.org/index.aspx?page=792). The PCMARC also has a pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and a place to get a "cup of Joe" and snacks. Sundance Film Festival also shows movies during its run each and every January.
You can also join the Park Meadows Country Club --a fantastic golf course coupled with a very nice club house for eating and libations after a hard day on the links.
Like horses--well Park Meadows has a an area where you can build a home and have horses on your property--the area is called Holiday Ranchettes.
Park Meadows--a great family neighborhood--something for every one.
