About Lower Deer Valley

Lower Deer Valley is the most conveniently located of Deer Valley’s sub-neighborhoods. Properties sit right next to Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort® and are just an easy one mile drive  or free bus service to Old Town. Residents can watch summer concerts from their porch, or simply walk out the door onto the Silver Lake Express chair lift, no planning required. How about trying some stand up paddle boarding (SUP) on one of the small ponds that meander around Lower Deer Valley.  In addition to its proximity to both Old Town and the ski slopes, Lower Deer Valley has its own internal energy and enjoys easy access to trails, neighborhood ponds and parks, and recreation centers.  Don't be surprised if you see a moose or two lounging around the ponds or walking around Snow Park Lodge during one of the outdoor concerts during the summer.
